The following terms and conditions apply to the signing of a Color Club membership agreement.
Conditions of Membership
By becoming a member of Color Club, you enter into an agreement with Color Line AS and accept these Conditions of Membership. The following terms apply to all members of Color Club.
To ensure Color Line can fulfill its agreement with you, we aim to automatically recognize your membership during the booking process and reflect it on your boarding pass. However, to guarantee you receive the correct offers, points, and discounts, please identify yourself as a Color Club member when booking and when making purchases on board.
Color Line processes information such as your travel itinerary, bookings, on-board purchases, bonus points, and profile details. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
My Page
Your Color Club membership provides access to “My page”, where you can:
- Update your profile and communication preferences
- View your bookings and bonus point balance
- Add products to your trip
- Change your password
Conditions and Guidelines for you as a Color Club member:
- Membership is personal, non-transferable, and available to individuals aged 18 or over.
- Color Club may store the information you provide during registration.
- Color Line AS is responsible for all personal data processed in connection with your membership. Color Line GmbH/Color Line DK process the data on behalf of Color Line AS.
- Bonus points and other membership details are available on My Page.
- Color Club may update its membership terms. Any changes will be communicated via colorline.com/colorclub and, if applicable, by email. The time frame for when changes take effect will be determined by Color Line, based on an assessment of their significance and impact on members. If the changes are of such nature that you no longer wish to remain a member of Color Club, you may cancel your membership with immediate effect.
- Bonus points can be used as full or partial payment on most trips, but not on certain special offers or free travel.
- No points are earned for trips paid fully or partially with bonus points.
- Bonus points are valid for two years, provided the membership remains active during that period.
- Points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points may be credited retroactively up to one year after travel, provided your membership was valid at the time.
- Your personal data is used solely for managing your membership.

Validity and Membership Fees
- The annual membership fee is €12.
- Membership automatically renews every 12 months. An invoice and reminder email will be sent prior to renewal. If the renewal fee is paid on time, your membership and benefits will continue uninterrupted.
- If the fee is not paid by the due date, your membership benefits and accumulated points will be cancelled. Your profile will revert to "Profile only" status, and your personal data (excluding bonus points) will be retained for 12 months in case you choose to reactivate your membership.
- You may cancel your membership at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within 14 days of registration or renewal.
Booking and Check-In:
- We aim to recognize you as a Color Club member when you make a booking and include your membership details on your boarding pass. To ensure we can deliver the full benefits of your membership, please remember to identify yourself as a Color Club member when booking your trip or making purchases on board.
- To access Color Club prices on our website, please log in using your email address and password.
- Your membership number must be registered for all bookings, including when redeeming a voucher.
- Member prices are available only for bookings made directly with Color Line.
- Onboard member benefits are granted only upon presentation of your digital membership or membership card.
- Benefits for new members begin once the membership fee is registered as paid.
- If multiple Color Club members are travelling under one booking, the person making the booking must register all membership numbers to ensure each traveller receives their individual benefits.
- Color Club offers cannot be combined with other Color Line promotions.
Offers and Communication
- Email is the primary communication channel for Color Club members.
- Offers and information may also be sent via post, SMS, or email, based on your selected preferences, which can be updated at any time on My Page.
- Color Line may store and use information about how you interact with our communications to tailor future content.
- Your personal data is used to deliver and customize offers and information across email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Your data and membership activity may also be used for internal analysis, system testing, and further development of Color Club services and benefits.
