Conditions for creating a Color Line profile

Color Line AS is responsible for gathering, storing and processing the personal data that you enter when creating a profile. Color Line AS has signed a contract with Color Line GmbH for the processing of contract data.

The purpose of the profile is to enable you to be recognised as a customer. Color Line collects and processes the following data: personal data, travel data, purchase data and your feedback (e.g. when you take part in customer surveys). You can view all previous transactions and also carry out certain amendments yourself. This data will be used to enable Color Line to continuously improve its travel portfolio; it will also be used by Customer Services.

If you have created a profile, you can access it via “My page”.

“My page” allows you to:

• update your profile and manage your consent
• view previous trips
• book additional services for your trip
• change your password

You can record a trip that you have booked by logging into your account directly before or after making your reservation. If you log in before making a booking, your personal data will be filled out automatically on the booking form, thus speeding up the booking process. Your bookings will be assigned to your profile automatically, provided that you use the same email address when booking as the address recorded in your profile.
