Booking confirmation

All passengers must have a valid identity card or passport, which must be presented on request. All vehicles must have a nationality plate. Travellers with a motor vehicle need a green insurance card and a licence. Vehicle users are recommended to contact their insurance company prior to departure in order to enquire about the latest regulations applicable to vehicles when travelling abroad.

Add/change vehicle registration number
Add hotel/holiday center

Note! If meals, shows, or parking are not displayed on My Page, the product is unfortunately sold out for the sailing.

For other changes to a trip, you must contact us at tel. +45 99 56 19 00. Have your booking number ready.

Cancel trip:
Log in to My Page to cancel the boat trip. If you have a trip with a hotel or do not have My Page, you can contact us here.
