Useful Information

  • Change booking

    Do you need to change your travel dates, names on the booking or number of passengers? Please call our customer service centre +45 99 56 19 00 and have you booking number ready. 

  • Deadlines for adding extras to your booking

    Meals on the route Norway - Germany must be booked at least 48 hours before departure. Extras can be booked up to 2 hours before departure between Norway - Denmark and up to 1 hour before departure Norway - Sweden.

  • Cancel a trip with accommodation

    Are you cancelling a trip with accommodation at one of our destinations? Send us a message with your booking number. Cancellations are processed continuously by our customer service team.

  • Request to sit together

    If you are several guests traveling together on different bookings (different booking numbers) and you have booked meals for the same time, you may submit a request to be seated together.
