Kvitfjell

Ski info

Kvitfjell is a good and varied alpine ski resort with great variations in skiing from beginner to expert skier. Wide boulevard pistes but also narrow pistes with steep drops and forest trails. There is plenty of room on the slopes at almost all times of the season, now that there is both an east and west side of the alpine facility. There are 3 children's areas and 2 beginner areas. At Kvitfjell you generally live within walking distance of the slopes in the area.

While the fun park on the western sunny side of Kvitfjell expands the offer and entices with varied and crazy challenges, with a view of Jotunheimen.

Olympic downhill slopes in a family-friendly ski holiday

Since the area hosted the Winter Games in 1994, the Olympic challenges have been expanded with great children's and beginners' areas. Good thing the area still lays out Olympic pistes for training camps for world-class national teams, but now everyone can join. This ensures 25 slopes of varying degrees of difficulty, wide family pistes and efficient lift systems. The experiences have become more versatile - but the Olympic qualities have been preserved.
